Top Notch Contractors Ltd is a construction company based in the north west of England. We work in partnership with local authorities, housing associations and other corporate entities to deliver long term (4-5 year) construction programmes of refurbishment and have an excellent track record in doing so. With 32 years’ trading experience, 120 dedicated, directly employed staff and a data base of approved and trusted subcontractor relationships the business is well positioned to continue recent growth.
Our core contracting business is based on long term contracts and our reputation with local authorities positions us on limited competition agreements which locks out the competition and gives us visibility on local authority spending plans and budgets.
