The Procure Plus Installation and Repair Works Contract is divided into 48 lots and worth a total of £ 400 m over the next 4 years. Top Notch Contractors Ltd operating from branches in Liverpool and Carlisle have secured work streams on the till at least 2019 throughout the whole of the North West of England. The first contracts which will be for Barrow Burgh Council commence in January 2015 and will be delivered by the companies highly skilled workforce.
Procure Plus is a social housing regeneration consortium that works with Registered Providers across the North West of England. It was established to provide better value on the procurement of construction materials and contractors through efficient working processes and collective buying power. The Contract will also promote social and economic regeneration, with Top Notch Contractors Ltd providing full-time training opportunities across the NW region.
