Regardless of previous experience, Top Notch Contractors Ltd operate a 3 month probationary period for staff at every level during which an induction training course must be successfully completed. We at Top Notch Contractors Ltd regard training as a key component to the individual development of our personnel and in consultation with arbitary bodies we operate training schemes for each discipline within our organisation.
