About this Project

• Planned maintenance fabric works including:

Window screen renewal, window renewal, rainwater goods and fascias.

• Special Educational Needs (SEN) work including

Platform lift installation, local ramping to doors, large ramp to sports area, single-storey timber-framed extension c 35m2.

Like all of our projects this was fully managed and successfully delivered under CDM regulations by our in house Contracts Management team. Project was was delivered on programme and within budget. Our directly employed trades labour pool was used wholly in delivery of this project and our client liaison team were pivotal in managing client expectations and providing single point of contact for building users and stakeholders throughout the project.
