Preston Town Hall Complete External Renovation

About this Project

£ 300 k window refitting programme to the facades of Preston Town Hall which is a Grade 2 listed building.  

We worked closely with the LA heritage officers and planning department to ensure the design of the windows and enabling and making good works for the reinstatement was fully compatible and in keeping with the original fabric of the building. We undertook the work whilst the building was in full occupation and delivered the programme ahead of programme and on budget.
