Our highly skilled and experienced teams were carefully managed and programmed around the activity of the faculty using the principles of segregation and coordination within CDM2015.
Our in house Licensed Asbestos Removal division undertook notifiable works in advanced preparation ahead of our M&E delivery team. This stage involved cabling which required duct penetrations through AIB hazardous asbestos materials.
All of the work was carried out during term time, with critical elements undertaken during unsocial hours and school term breaks. The project was successfully handed back ahead of programme and on budget.
