Customised and highly involved Phasing designed to allow movement of service users with minimal disruption as a many service users suffer from dementia/over 90 years old.
Specific measures taken to phase works around bird nesting season in line with localised ecology reports.
Access issues including busy school and main road intersection as well as a difficult site layout with access routes of less than one meter wide have required specialist solutions including the deployment of minister machinery, spider crane (Gehl AL230) and articulated mini telehandler (UNIC URW-295).
