- Following on from the successful delivery of phase one curtain wall in summer 2022 Top Notch Contractors continued work delivering phase two to the south elevation of John Ruskin School
- Works included removal and replacement of the existing curtain wall,roofline works including asbestos soffit removal, new faciasand seamless aluminium guttering and internal enabling works.
- Additional fire precaution workswere added to the project including the creation of newly formed SEN teachin room and new firelined kiln room. Top notch contractors were able to facilitate evening and weekend working to deliver the additional works without disruption to the operation of the school
